WHY Hungry?
HUNGRY is a passion project that was initially inspired by our artistic customers at our first culinary joint, Take 31. At the time, many of our customers were international student artists. They would gather at Take 31 with a common craving; a hunger.
We have long hoped to create a platform for them as artists in appreciation for their support of Take 31.
Eight years since that initial desire, HAND Hospitality now has seven restaurant brands and is able to see that hope actualized.
HAND is composed of individuals who are passionate about the production and management of restaurant brands, while also collaborating and consulting on various adjacent projects. We are committed to promoting creativity, education, arts and culture. To expand our journey beyond the culinary arts and to contribute to the cultural development of our community, we present this passion project, HUNGRY.
